Flying into Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) is the most direct way to reach Uludağ from Istanbul, because the airport is already on the Asian side. The route follows the Gebze–Orhangazi–İzmir motorway over the Osmangazi Bridge towards Bursa and then climbs the mountain road to the Uludağ hotel zone — no ferry and no cross-city drive through Istanbul.
The last stretch is a mountain road. In snow or fog it is slower, and access rules for the summit road can change on the day, so allow extra time and tell us your hotel name.
